方斐蒂（Francesca Fiaschetti），奥地利维也纳大学历史学系助理教授。德国慕尼黑大学汉学系博士，罗马大学汉学系硕士。先后任教于以色列耶路冷大学、美国宾夕法尼亚大学东亚系。主要研究元朝与东南亚国家之间的外交史。目前正在从事“比较历史和前现代欧亚历史”、《蒙古秘史》的研究（意译）、蒙古的外交观念等主题的研究工作。著有：“The Six Duties: Yuan Diplomatic Interactions with Southeast Asia”，“Prophets of the East: The Ilkhanid Historian Rashīd al-Dīn on the Buddha, Laozi and Confucius and the Question of his Chinese Sources”（合著）；编有：Historical Dictionary of the Mongol World Empire and its Successor States, Second Revised and Expanded Edition（与Paul D. Buell合编）等专著及论文。
