任可, 美国圣十字学院 (College of the Holy Cross) 历史系助理教授, 约翰·霍普金斯大学历史学博士。主要研究方向为近现代中国文化史、中西交流、跨国与国际史。正在完成书稿 《世纪末的外交官：陈季同、法国、与晚清世界主义》(Fin-de-Siècle Diplomat: Chen Jitong, France, and Cosmopolitanism in the Late Qing World)。著有“The Conférencier in the Purple Robe: Chen Jitong and Qing Cultural Diplomacy in Late Nineteenth-Century Paris”与“The International Peace Campaign, China, and Transnational Activism at the Outset of World War II”等论文。目前正在研究二战时期与中国相关的和平与国际主义运动。
任可博士将于 2022 年 3 月至 6 月期间在中心从事访问研究。
